Where are you located?

We launch from the dock at TT’s Tiki Bar. Located at 33 Tamiami Trail, Punta Gorda, FL 33950

Should I tip my captain?

Yes, our captains work hard to make sure your Tiki cruise is as enjoyable as possible. Tips are greatly appreciated!

Do you sell food or drinks?

No, however you may bring ANY food, snacks, soft drinks or alcoholic beverages and supplies you prefer or your own cooler. You may also purchase food and drinks nearby restaurants or marinas. ( If ordering from a restaurant, please make sure to call orders in ahead of time as to avoid delays ).

Do your boats operate in the rain?

We do operate in the rain as the tiki boats are covered. However, the captain may decide at anytime to suspend or cancel a cruise due to inclement, severe, or potentially hazardous weather or marine conditions.

Customers will also receive a full refund prior to a cruise or during the first half of the scheduled time in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Can more than 6 people cruise at the same time?

No, the US Coast Guard regulation is 6 people plus crew on our tiki boat.

Are children allowed?

Yes, children six and older are allowed. We don’t want them to miss out cruisin’ on the tiki boat. Children under the age of 10 are required to wear a life jacket which we have on board or you can bring your own (recommended). Please let us know if you plan to bring children so that we can make the appropriate accommodations for life jackets. We recommend booking a private cruise if you have kids under 12 to ensure a family-friendly cruise.

What about restrooms?

Our tikis are not equipped with restrooms, so we encourage guests to use the restroom before leaving the dock. We can stop at a bar or sandbar if a pit stop is needed.

Are there available life jackets on board?

​Yes, there is a type 1 PFD for every passenger. Along with all the coast guard requirements for the vessel including a first aid kit. ​

How fast does the tiki boat go?

​The tiki boat has a cruising speed at around 5 mph.

What’s the cancellation policy?

Bookings are fully refundable if cancelled 48 hours prior to reservation. We reserve the right to cancel any tour at any time due to weather, safety, mechanical or behavioral issues. If your tour is canceled, you will be given a rain check to re-book at another time (this excludes behavioral related cancellations which will not be refunded). For weather related issues, we may “wait out” a brief shower, reschedule for another day during your stay, or refund if unable to reschedule. “NO SHOWS” will not be refunded or rescheduled!
